The Secretary General of the East African Community Amb. Dr. Richard Sezibera will be appearing in the famous Voice of America (VOA)’s English Radio/TV Straight Talk Africa programme on Wednesday 6 August 2014 from 18.30 to 19.30 UTC/GMT.
